Airport Transfer Rates

Airport Transfer rates assume pickup and drop-off without delay or waiting time for flights. Your reserved vehicle is dispatched according to your itinerary and our 24-hour dispatchers verify the estimated time of arrival (ETA) provided by the airline. Waiting time at standard hourly rates is applied to delays caused by:

Airlines providing inaccurate ETA or wrong gate/terminal info,

Delay or loss of luggage, luggage arriving on different flight, flight cancellation

Car is already at pickup location or already on its way when cancelled

Unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather conditions

Licensing Authority-Intrastate

Limousines are regulated in the State of Virginia by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and the validity of a carrier's operating authority may be checked in real time at the DMV website. Click to see our authority listing.

As Directed Rates

Based on hourly rate with 3-hour minimum charge (time based from garage to garage). The rates and the minimum hour requirement may be changed during special events, holidays, and during peak seasonal demand periods. As Directed rates are hourly only and do not apply to mileage traveled.

International flights

Minimum 1/2 hour additional is added for International flight arrival pickup rates.

Licensing Authority-Interstate

Limousines that travel outside the State of Virginia are regulated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Our operating authorities can be viewed at FMCSA

We meet and exceed the standards required.

Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice prior to scheduled local pickup time zone is required to avoid late cancellation or no-show penalty. A one half NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required on certain vehicles during special events, holidays and peak seasonal periods.

No Show Charge

If you cannot locate the chauffeur, please call our 24-hour dispatch at 800-LIMO-499. Otherwise, a full-rate, no-show charge is applied. A no show charge will also be applied if the client fails to inform of the cancellation and the vehicle is en route or on site at the time of cancellation.
